Our marketing campaigns initially helped to raise awareness of the issue and, we believe, may have influenced the change in the law to specifically allow for negotiation of title insurance rates. Now we are once again leading the way in title insurance rate negotiation and will negotiate our Advantage Owner’s title insurance by up to 30% off the published rates. Because we have no joint ventures or affiliations we are able to offer the negotiated rates while still providing the highest level of service and expertise.

The title insurance rates are the current published rates for LandAmerica/Commonweatlh Land Title. Please know that our rates are subject to change from time to time. We will attempt to keep you informed of any rate changes.

We believe that our rates are competitive with other quality settlement agents in the Northern Virginia area, and lower than the larger companies. If you find a company with lower rates, please call us with that information and allow us to provide you with a rate estimate.
